- 1. Kind of workshop / Reason: a cooking workshop – because many students want to learn how to prepare simple, healthy meals for themselves and their families.
- 2. What students can do: watch demonstrations, cook simple dishes (salads, sandwiches, smoothies), work in small teams, and taste the food they make.
- 3. What they can learn: basic cooking skills, how to choose fresh ingredients, food safety and hygiene, and how to eat healthily.
- 4. Who should be invited: a professional chef / a cooking teacher, or a nutrition expert who can give useful advice.

REPORT (bài báo cáo trước lớp – mẫu)

a) *Our choice and reason:* "In our group, we would like to have a cooking workshop at our school. We chose it because many of us eat too much fast food and do not know how to cook. A cooking workshop would help us become more independent and healthier."

b) *What students can do:* "At the workshop, students can watch live cooking demonstrations and then cook simple dishes such as salads, sandwiches and fruit smoothies. They can work in small groups and enjoy the food they have made together."

c) *What they can learn:* "From the workshop, we can learn basic cooking skills, how to choose fresh and healthy ingredients, and important rules about food safety and hygiene. We can also learn to eat more healthily."

d) *Who should lead it:* "We think a professional chef or a nutrition expert should be invited to lead the workshop, because they have real experience and can give us practical, trustworthy advice."
